Delivery & Setup:

Our friendly, uniformed team handles delivery, full setup, and takedown of all inflatables and equipment. We show up on time, walk you through everything, and make sure it’s all good to go before we leave.

Prefer to have a Party Pro stick around? No problem. We offer our “Bounce Butlers” as an add-on service. All you have to do is enjoy the fun!

A: Great question! You’ll need about 5 extra feet of clear space around the bounce house. So if it’s 15′ x 15′, make sure you have at least a 20′ x 20′ level area free of sticks, rocks, or anything sharp.

Our inflatables use high-powered blowers that need to run continuously to keep the bounce going. The blower must be within 50 feet of a standard outlet. If there’s no power nearby, no worries—we offer generator rentals for an additional fee to keep the fun flowing anywhere you want.

Yes, a $75 deposit secures your rental. We’ll just need the date, time, location, and your inflatable of choice. The balance is due when we arrive to set up.

Absolutely! We're open every day, even holidays.( Subject to advance booking). Just contact us to check availability

We believe fun shouldn’t be rushed—that’s why all our rentals are for the whole day! We usually drop off between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., and pickups start around 6:00 p.m. Need to keep the party bouncing into the night? Just let us know—we’ve got overnight options too!

We take cash, all major credit cards, and PayPal—easy peasy. Just no personal checks.

Sales tax does apply—unless you’re a tax-exempt organization. If that’s you, just send over the right paperwork and we’ll take care of the rest.

Not a must—but someone 18 or older does need to be there to sign the rental agreement and go over safety instructions. It doesn’t have to be you, just someone responsible.We run on a tight schedule, so punctuality = party success!

A: Absolutely! All our units are built from heavy-duty, fire-retardant, commercial-grade vinyl. They include mesh sides for visibility, safety exits, and non-slip entry ramps—because safety isn’t optional, it’s part of the party

Spotless. We sanitize every inflatable with disinfectant after each use and inspect everything for safety before your rental. Clean enough to impress even the toughest parents and germaphobes.

Accidents happen—but let’s keep it tidy! Wipe up any messes with a household cleaner (like 409). No food, drinks, or anything sticky inside the inflatable. And we mean it when we say: NO Silly String. It stains permanently and could result in damage fees up to 150% of the unit’s value. Not worth the splatter.

We love creativity, but please—no tape, glue, or sticky stuff on the inflatable itself. Use a table or sign stand nearby instead. Tape damages the vinyl and may lead to a $100 cleaning fee.

It depends on the size and age group:

  • 8–10 kids under 12
  • 4–6 teens
  • Up to 5 adults

Always group similar sizes together and keep an eye on the action. Shoes off, snacks out, sharp objects away—and one last time (because it matters): NO. SILLY. STRING.

Absolutely! Just be sure to get approval from the park and share any insurance requirements with us in advance.

If there’s no outlet within 50 feet of the setup area, you’ll need a generator—and guess what? We’ve got them ready to rent. Just double-check with the park about power access so you're not left powerless.

We love partnering with community groups! Send over your nonprofit documentation and ask about our discounts—up to 20% off for qualifying organizations.

Children should wear comfortable clothing and socks while playing. Shoes, sandals, jewelry, and any sharp or loose items must be removed to avoid injuries and prevent damage to the inflatable. It’s also a good idea to tie back long hair and ensure that pockets are empty. These simple steps help create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
